    They found no drugs that would explain the man's behavior. Clearly he was in need of professional help. Those were not the actions of a sane man. But since Reagan, this country has looked at funding public mental heathcare resources as unnecessary. I think we are seeing the results -- whether it is this guy menacing people and police in a motel or some guy unloading an extended clip on a congresswoman and her aides in a supermarket.
